Prince Regent

Background: The Prince was born in Port Maria, Jamaica and is a Ruebenite that hates hard work but loves Women. He stated on PCRL in 1990 for a short while and returned again in 2000. His influences are HIM Haile Selasie I and Studio One. He works as a Sales Consultant and has interests in Cricket and Manchester City FC.

The Prince has re-appeared from time-time on the station over the last 13 years. He will play many; 'Oddities & Obscurity's'  as he calls them and has a large collection of fine instrumental versions.
Listen each week as he starts his show with different instrumental version of a big hit from the forgotten past.

He is one of only few DJ's that will play album tracks that he thinks are good.
Regent also likes to teach the youths their musical heritage by giving them an artiste biography or two. The Prince like many in the black community has suffered at the hands of 'black on black' violence over the years and will always speak his mind about local issues when he thinks it's called for.
