Paul Reuben was born in Aston, Birmingham and was educated at Westminster Road Infants and Birchfield Road Jr., Schools. He was well known at Summit Records where he worked in the 1990's.
He started on PCRL after making a demo tape with the help of DJ's Steve Williams and Mickey Nold in April 1993 playing Funk and Rare Grooves and giving a lot of Black Awareness content in his shows.
In November 1998 he joined Bible Collage where he went to support, look after, and befriend students from abroad who were studying there. Around then he started playing only Gospel related music in his PCRL shows and was with the station until it's demise in 2005. Paul can now be found on Newstyle Radio here in Birmingham on Saturday afternoons 12-2 playing Funk and Raregroove again although he is still a strong Christian. An early recording of his show has been supplied by Steve for inclusion here.
