𝐏𝐂𝐑𝐋 𝐃𝐉 𝐑𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐥 𝐃. He was with us throughout the 1990's and won
Presenter Of The Year Award c.2000. He played reggae music and a mix of education (known at the time as edutainment) and was a valuable member of the radio crew. There is a short film made that he appeared in, along with Brother Pilot talking about the struggle, he also shown on Central News on our 10th birthday in 1995.
