A reggae discography of Jamaican British releases found in the Netherlands. Includes some shared soul labels, like Action.  Includes: catalogue numbers, 'b' sides, scans and some release dates.


Ligali
A Pan African Human Rights Organisation challenging the misrepresentation of African people, culture and history in the British media.


London's own Doctah X. He was a guest of Brother Pilot's Talk-Back show in the 1990's. Strong anti-religion beliefs.



The Nation Of Islam
The UK site has disappeared. So stay up-to-date with the home site. Based on the US newspaper.

Trojan Records
Launched in 1968. Taken over by Sanctuary Music in 2001 with enormous amounts of re-issuing taking place. Web site graphics are top notch too.

Greensleeves Records
Greensleeves The company was founded by Chris Cracknell and Chris Sedgwick and started in London as a record shop 1975. It is now (2009) owned by VP Records in the USA.


BRAMU
Birmingham Racial Attacks Monitoring Unit. Run by Maxie Hayles in Hockley since 1989. Closed at the end of 2012 due to funding cuts by Birmingham Council. Hayles received an award from Jesse Jackson.


Julian Watson. Worked with a BBC local station in the West Country, he had an Afro-Caribbean regular slot that he produced. Has recordings of Heathfield road/ Alex Pascal (Notting Hill Carnival/Handworth Carnival, 1980s) joolswatson@hotmail.com

My name is Shelly Robinson, I’m an advocate for Black Lives Matter. like to share article on staying safe online and I think not many have really thought about it while supporting BLM. It is about protecting ourselves online as supporters of Black rights.
